The Town of Small Point-Broad Cove-Blackhead-Adam’s Cove is requesting that any individual who owns land within the outlined area provide proof of ownership for municipal verification purposes.
Landowners are asked to submit one of the following documents:
- Deed or tile issued by the registry of deeds
- Survey or boundary plan by a licensed survey or
- Any other official documentation confirming legal ownership
This information is required to ensure accurate records and to support ongoing municipal and land management activities.
Please provide your documentation to the Town Office by June 30, 2026.
